How to Use the BulSU Web Portal?

Register as Student

Important: Each student is only entitled to create and activate one account using their respective student numbers. Creating multiple accounts using the same student number will not be activated.
  1. Go to and click the CREATE ACCOUNT button or go directly to
  2. Fill up the information needed (submit a valid e-mail address) then check the box I agree to the Terms and Condition to proceed to your registration, then click REGISTER. You will be asked to complete a Captcha to ensure the authentication of your registration.

  3. Once registered, you will be prompted to validate your e-mail address by signing it in to your respective e-mail service provider (Google Mail Account Only)

    Please make sure that you are using a valid e-mail address. Fabricated e-mail addresses used on social networking sites such as Facebook cannot be verified.
  4. Upon receiving the e-mail from PRISMS, view the message and click Verify Now.
  5. Once validated, you can now sign in to your Web Portal Account. You have to identify your account as either an incoming new student (applicant) or a current student of BulSU by selecting the proper tab.
    • For incoming students, click proceed and fill-up the necessary information for your admission.
    • For current students, input your student number and birth date OR Official Receipt Number to activate your account.
  6. You will have to log-in again once you successfully activated your Web Portal Account
